Twelve days that will truly bring the Bible to life for you!
Highlights:
- We will climb the hillside at Megiddo and overlook the valley we know as Armageddon and spend some time with Revelation 19
- A boat ride on the Sea of Galilee will bring to our minds how important this Sea was to the ministry of Jesus, as well as to how important it is to Israel today
- A quick stop at Caesarea Philippi will remind us of Jesus’ poignant question to Peter – “Who do you say that I am?”
- At Nazareth, we shall visit a home that just might have been like the one in which Jesus grew up
- A visit to Qumran will help us to better identify with the Dead Sea Scrolls
- Floating in the Dead Sea is an experience one will long remember – just don’t forget to shower afterwards
- We will spend time on Masada visiting an important chapter in the history of Israel
- While in the Negev we will see one of the truly great geological structures in the world – only found in Israel; we will then probe those early chapters in Genesis
- At Beersheba the story of the Patriarchs will come to live
- Jerusalem – well, that is a story that will take several days to unfold; it will be a city you will never forget
- Spring in Israel. Spring is such a beautiful time in Israel! The hillsides are alive with wildflowers and the skies are a crystal blue, having shed the drab gray of the winter.
